This means that you have entered the wrong password into your NetClient Portal. In order to be able to login to your NetClient portal and unlock your account, please check your email. The email that you have used to setup your account with us with have received an email to click on a link to unlock it. (This is the ONLY way to unlock the account).
If you know your login and email you can reset it by clicking forgot password link underneath the user login: Netclient Link
If you do not know your login and email and have setup your security questions you can use the security questions.
If you have not setup the security questions and do not know your email or your username you will need to call our office and let us know that you do not know the email or your username. We will need to verify your identity in order to give you the information requested.

If you lose, replace or reset your MFA device you'll lose the MFA pairing for your account. If you have not saved backup codes, call our office to get a temporary code. You will then to login to your account within 24 hours. Left click on your name on the right hand side and click Manage Multi Factor Authentication and remove your old device. You will need to then enter your NetClient password. After that you will need to add your new phone. (we recommend generating codes)
When your tax returns are completed for the current year and prior years we put them on your NetClient portal. You can access them by click on Documents, your Folder name (which is either your Last Name, First Name or Your Business (you may have multiple business tax returns and or returns listed), next you will see a folder called Tax Returns (within the Tax Returns folder you will see years the 2021, 2020, 2019 etc is the Tax Returns, with the 12-31-21. 12-31-20, 12-31-19 (we have uploaded your withholding documents)
To download any document put a check box next to it and click download selected or you can download all.
If you have a NetClient Portal, login to your NetClient portal. Click on File Exchange. Click on the Folder that you want to upload to. If you are uploading to a specific person click on that folder. If you are uploading the 1st of your Tax Documents and NOT using the web organizer, upload into the Upload 2022 Tax Documents (have NOT uploaded any documents previously), if you are uploading additional documents and a staff member is preparing your return already upload into their folder. If no one has started preparing your return yet, upload into the "22 Tax Documents (Additional Documents but NOT requested by specific staff)". If you are uploading documents, please do not click start upload until you have added all your files. We get a email each time you click start upload.
